Welcome

As followers of our Lord Jesus Christ, we are a Christian Church whose task is to fulfill what is known as “The Great Commission”; which consists of bringing the good news of mercy, love and forgiveness throughout the world.

Since 1997, the House of Prayer Church opened its doors to focus on the Spanish-speaking people of San Luis Obispo, California. Over time, the vision has expanded and we currently also serve Paso Robles, California as well as other places.

As the founding Pastor of Casa de Oración, I will always be grateful to Pastor Gridiron Grant, who opened the doors of his congregation - House of Prayer (COGIC) - to give way and follow up on the vision that God had for the Hispanic people of the area. The population that wanted to praise the name of God was great, so much so that the congregation has grown to the point where we have had the opportunity to expand our ministerial work through evangelism, opening and supporting missions such as Victorville, California, Paso Robles, California, Oaxaca, Mexico, Cuautla Morelos and its surroundings, Tijuana, Guatemala and Honduras.

The House of Prayer Church and I are grateful to God first and foremost, and to all those who over time have unconditionally supported all the goals we have set for ourselves. I invite you, beloved reader, to join us and help us spread the word of God, which is a word of hope, peace and love, to all those who are in need.
